Transform Minds Uganda is currently supporting vulnerable children in Northern Uganda to access quality education. The project focuses on:
School fee support for vulnerable children

Advocacy for children’s protection and welfare

TMU equips young people with practical and life skills to improve their employability and entrepreneurship potential.

Our goal is to turn vulnerable youth into productive, confident, and community-driven leaders.
This project focuses on strengthening the social and economic position of women and girls, especially child mothers.
Key activities include:
Business and entrepreneurship skills training
Village savings and financial literacy
Leadership development for women
Women-to-women mentorship platforms
We aim to ensure women are economically independent, socially empowered, and actively participating in community leadership.
TMU supports smallholder farmers with knowledge and tools to improve food security and income.
Ongoing activities:
Farmer training on improved agricultural practices
Kitchen gardening and sack gardening (e.g., onion farming in soil-filled sacks)
Climate-smart agriculture methods
Income-generating agricultural initiatives
This project strengthens household resilience and promotes sustainable food systems.
To address climate change and environmental degradation, TMU promotes tree planting and conservation practices.
Current interventions include:
Distribution of tree seedlings (pine, eucalyptus, and indigenous species)
Agroforestry training and technical support
Community awareness on environmental protection
Advocacy for enforcement of environmental policies
This initiative contributes to climate resilience, sustainable livelihoods, and environmental restoration.
TMU empowers marginalized communities to exercise their rights and hold leaders accountable.

Civic education and rights awareness
Community dialogue platforms
Advocacy for orphans, widows, and persons with disabilities
Engagement with local leaders and institutions
